Oh no worries, i really only have one barbell workout per week and do my 5x5 or 7x3DL's and some presses and rows and take 2 days to recover. I'm never really sore, always have full mobility and energy, never suffer at work or anything ... but the mental exhaustion from DL'ing 325 5x5 really kills me, often time's sleepy as i drive home from work. Unable to keep my eyes open once i sit down and relax at home.....

I might do KB twice if i'm lucky, once if i'm not..

Maybe do a short run once a week, and a long run if life doesn't get in the way. Some recreational cycling or hiking on the weekend usually.

I definitely get lots of rest. If anything, i feel guilty about not exercising enough. My rough routine seems to be working ok though.

Yah I have a pretty rough routine myself now a days but am still in great shape. I used to be very anal about getting stuff done and making sure I never missed a session, even going when I really didn't feel like it. Nowadays I'm in just as good of shape, definitely not as big as I was but my quality of life is so much better as far as not having any set routine to follow by. That's just me however, I know a lot of people that do a lot better with a set schedule.

To each their own right,

My job has long and uncertain hours more often than not - and sometimes are slack, but others are brutally hard.

My workouts depend entirely on how i am feeling at the end of the day. I second everything you said.

dude for once I have put my training before anything, i am not making the mistake again of missing training for anything else, as far as I'm concerned it comes first to everything atm. I'm sick of putting it on the backburner so i can go out an have a good time. i have goals to reach, goddamnit.

anyway, I cracked a rib today because my weight belt was on too tight (haha i'm falling apart wtf) and i pinched my arm again, i dont think as bad as last time i think its because i am racking the bar on the left side first all the time leaving my right arm/side taking all the weight afterwards??

I widowmaker'd with 100kg which was good (and easy) so I will try for 120kg on friday. 140kg squat x3. Mesomorph was dead in the ass today. probabl because of poor eating... really need to get back on top of my diet.

200kg/440lb hit and miss deadlift. i was nearly there! so close! hopefully only another week or so before i get this. i can feel where the weaknesses are so i am working on those and isolating them to get them up to par.

loving squats now, though. i really am enjoying them. i used to hate them but now i am low-bar squatting i spend an hour in the squat rack (seriously) and still want to keep going!!

carb backloading nearly made me feel sick. i am losing weight (down to 100.5kg/221lbs) but still keeping (most) of my muscle... body is looking more defined now and things are looking the way they supposed to. seems to be working. looking forward to getting back to work and having the availability of unlimited foods that are high protein/low carbs (instead of having to go shopping all the time)

today was 50% :awesome: and 50% :feelsbadman:

Nice read Indica, I hit legs yesterday and finally made the move to 315lbs squats.  I knew I could do it I just never had real motivation to work my legs until now.  So now that I've started progressing I can't willfully stop.

I always hated when that shit happened, always was nervous that their computer would be searched and all the email addresses confiscated; I was always leery of the WU process as well although it always seemed to worked. Either way defienrely be careful and cautious with the process.

The less often you have to inject the longer the cycle will end up being since the only reason you inject it that seldomly is cuz of the ester attached to it that makes it time released.

But don't do bi-weekly injections. That's a good way to get side effects easier cuz that often will cause hormone imbalances, go for once a week with a longer ester, twice a week is better though.

But ball park estimate for a first timer would be around a couple hundred bucks. That's if you get what you need to combat side effects if you get any and that also includes PCT drugs.

With long esterred drugs cycles usually last between 10-14 weeks.

Anyone else wear compression shit?

I've used them, they feel pretty good I just prefer sweat pants or basketball shorts though.

How's your arm man?

Sweet well I bought a pair and wore them for boxing I really like the feel of them. boxing was great. had hour session with instructor. got me on the rope, the speed ball, the bags, the pads etc (man I fucking suck haha) got a lot to learn but i enjoyed it and got a good sweat up out of it so looking forward to keeping it up.

Well I went to a sports doc today. The clinic where all melbourne's top athletes and our national soccer team goes, he gave me a quick diagnosis, he seems to think I have torn the cartialage in my shoulder and maybe torn the bicep in the joint. He said the bicep may need an mri scan for a proper diagnosis which will then need surgery. He said the cartialage can't be fixed but the good news is it won't stop me from lifting I will just need to do strengthening work and work around it, so at least I'm not ruined completely. Thanks for asking bro

edit: BlindTheEye; great work on your squat, man! Such a great feeling finally "getting into" squats. When you actually see a real progression and finally find it hard to want to leave the squat rack! haha. Keep it up man, what kind of sets were you doing for 315lbs?

I am going for a widowmaker @ 120kg/264lbs tomorrow. wish me luck.

Yea I saw that was something people had talked about I just wasn't sure how true it was.  A Mod on ERoids had said that X was just going through a system upgrade and to be patient but I'm really sorry to hear you got jacked man.

Hey, I hope this isn't inappropriate, & it's not directed towards anyone in particular. But how much would if be (ballpark estimate, if you had a reasonable source) to get a "stack" that only needs to be injected like once every 2 weeks (if i recall what I read correctly.) Further, what are the length of your on/off cycles typically? I don't wanna sort through a bunch of Internet results to decipher fact from fiction... would rather get a straight answer from someone w/background.

A guy used to work in our (campus) lab who was really muscular... made my arms look small, & they're 16" in circumference (& not from being overweight/obese.) We talked weight lifting once (this was several months ago), & I think he said that he hasn't used them b4, just that he's been lifting since his mid-teens or whatever (if the topic of 'roids even same up; I can't remember.)

P.S. I've been lifting for just over 3 years now (maybe closer to 2 if you only count from when I started 'doing it right' so to speak), so this isn't a noob Q from someone w/o experience lifting, w/unrealistic expectations regarding chemical enhancement, & who hasn't put in grueling sessions many times thus far.

Some people inject once a week with a long acting ester like Enanthate but IMO to keep levels steady the least you could get away with is 2wice a week.

i made 140kg/308lbs my bitch today, did a set of 5. will do 3x5 on monday. i also did glute/hamstring raises to work on these. didn't widowmaker 120kg, only 100kg as the hamstring raises raped me beforehand. will try next week.
.
i have to drop barbell shoulder press due to my injury, instead am going back to dumb bell press. i am also dropping chinups and dips and replacing with curlz and tricep extensions (i know)

good session today, though. a good 2.5 hours in the gym just destroying myself. i am fucking loving it.

Barbell Squat:
20 kgs x 5 (+15 pts)
50 kgs x 5 (+38 pts)
80 kgs x 5 (+61 pts)
100 kgs x 5 (+77 pts)
120 kgs x 5 (+92 pts)
140 kgs x 5 (+108 pts)
100 kgs x 10 (+88 pts)
100 kgs x 10 (+88 pts)
60 kgs x 10 (+52 pts)
60 kgs x 10 (+52 pts)
made 140kg my bitch. next squat session i will make it 3 sets.
Weighted Glute Hamstring Raise:
50 kgs x 12 (+185 pts)
50 kgs x 12 (+185 pts)
50 kgs x 12 (+185 pts)
Standing Barbell Shoulder Press:
20 kgs x 5 (+16 pts)
30 kgs x 5 (+25 pts)
gave up. i think i will have to drop this exercise as my shoulder is not liking it at all. my right shoulder is dropped a good inch lower than my left. so i am doing strengthening exercises to get it better
Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press:
10 kgs x 12 (+12 pts)
13 kgs x 12 (+16 pts)
15 kgs x 12 (+19 pts)
15 kgs x 12 (+19 pts)
15 kgs x 12 (+19 pts)
Pendlay Row:
60 kgs x 12 (+55 pts)
80 kgs x 8 (+67 pts)
80 kgs x 8 (+67 pts)
80 kgs x 8 (+67 pts)
Barbell Deadlift:
80 kgs x 10 (+70 pts)
80 kgs x 10 (+70 pts)
80 kgs x 10 (+70 pts)
Barbell Curl:
40 kgs x 8 (+16 pts)
40 kgs x 8 (+16 pts)
40 kgs x 8 (+16 pts)
i am doing these as i am easing off my shoulders for chinups and dips until a) my rib gets better and b)my shoulder is stronger
Low Cable Triceps Extension:
50 kgs x 12 (+15 pts)
50 kgs x 12 (+15 pts)
50 kgs x 12 (+15 pts)
i am doing these as i am easing off my shoulders for chinups and dips until a) my rib gets better and b)my shoulder is stronger

I've been going at it again but no supps, just good eating and heavy lifting. I'm on a thyroid hormone now anyways and dont really want to mess around with anything because of it.

I have a shtty quality cam right now but ill take some pics soon, I got a descent frame and build but I'm just starting back up. Even tho I'm still kinda big I look like a girly man compared to before.

Thanks, here's what we got going on now, I've used supps in the past but don't think I really can while taking the thyroid hormone, which really blows but w/e.

Cam takes shtty pics now. Used to be nice for a phone, guess the lens got pretty scratched up, nothin to great but I blow up quick, or used to at least. First time getting back into it since my thyroid went to shit.

Probably shouldn't even bother posting since the pics are so shitty. I'd buy a new one just for this but I have 7 grand going out on some bs, so I won't have extra cash til end of august. But you get the jist of it, little guy that used to be big guy.
