Mono Fruiting concerns *PICS*

This tub was put into fruiting conditions on July 1st; it's like 6 qt wbs spawn to 1 brick coir
My Question is how come the only mushies I've got so far are no bigger then a tube of Chapstick? (Ex. a)
Also--
For my other tub I decided to put a nice thick frosting layer, but on second thought was that such a good idea?? I put this tub into fruiting con dishes about 4 days ago, so far I can see a few of the little white mycelium balls (I forget the name). Also almost like a burn mark has appeared right where the light shines most is this cause for concern?

This is the spot in question:

And this is my setup:

the light should be 6500k (looks like ~2000k)
looks like the substrate is dry like a mofo. you need to mist as needed

wow, you're burning your substrate... get a 6500k daylight bulb, they don't put out heat
That spot looks like pins trying to come up, but got fried by the heat from the bulb. I'm guessing that spot is directly under the bulb?

Mist more, fan more. you're light is drying out your sub and that is why your mushies are having problems.

dunk 4-6 hours, don't dunk more than that or the sub will get soggy

I'd dunk it and move the position of the light, direct light isn't honestly the best especially that close

Id actually dunk for less time since there hasn't been a flush yet. 2-4 hours should get it rolling in the right direction. If you overdue it you do more harm than good.

Also, If you place a weight on top of it make sure it is balanced otherwise your substrate will float on the sides and split it into two pieces (and thats no fun)
also when it is submerged and under pressure it will absorb water faster so less time is needed
