What is a good bulk recipe for what I have?

I've been looking around the forums for a while and I've seen so many different bulk recipes but don't know if there's a perfect one to match what I have.
I have a surplus of straw(cut with a blender/scissors) I have about 5 garbage bags full of 1 year old hpoo I have a big bag of gypsum big bag of verm calcium carbonate several bricks of coir Various PF/Grain/LC supplies
I don't have worm casings, or coffee grinds, and I'm wondering how necessary these are, because I see them in a lot of recipes.
I'm thinking for the substrate I could do 5% by volume gypsum, and then the rest a 3:1:1 ratio of straw/Coir/Poo
and I don't know what I'd use for a casing layer This would be the first time for doing bulk any suggestions? How important are coffee grinds in the recipe, and do I need to pH balance my recipe if I add them? I don't have pH strips thanks

No coir necessary. Hpoo by itself or hpoo with straw would make for a great bulk sub. Worm castings and coffee grinds add some diversity to the nutrients in the mix but they're not necessary by any means.
If it's your first bulk attempt, check out RR's video on hpoo. That's really all you need to get started.

If you are growing cubes you do not need a casing layer. Your best bet is using the hpoo, but I think you need to test the ph levels for that. This one is extremely easy, nearly fool proof.
