Identifying Subconcious Thought/Emotions.

....is much more difficult than identifying subconscious behavior. Subconscious behavior is easy to identify in that you/others see your actions.
Emotion that is subconscious is very difficult to recognize because it is very difficult firstly, to tell what we are feeling and finally it is very difficult to tell if we consciously had a part in the emotion we are feeling.
Thought/Perception that is subconscious is almost impossible to identify. One of the only ways to recognize what we may/may not have certain subconscious beliefs is by deducing it through our emotions. Say for example, we witness two homosexuals, making out on the street. One way to tell if you are still to some extent influenced by one of the very common preconditioned negative thoughts about homosexuality, is to notice how you feel when you witness the act.
Learning what our subconscious thoughts/perceptions are is a very individualized process that requires careful observation and deduction.
What do you guys think when I mention subconscious thought/emotion and how have you come to understand it as you live?

I agree but only in some instances. In others dreams can appear completely incoherent and without realistic chronology.

I identify my subconscious feelings by the conscious feelings that follow. Just like I identify my subconscious processes by the conscious processes that follow

I send a sub down into my conscious. It is programmed to be covert and to only observe. The language is coded and the message scrambled like eggs. All yellow and gooey. It's a mess the whole thing is expensive and not 100% accurate by any means. Then there are the moles. I know one is in there but who?

Well when I walk into a room I get different feelings, find myself looking at places or people, giving body language, words flow or dont flow, I feel happy or unnerved, humoured or annoyed, I also sometimes can help smile and shout out to someone, other times I find myself focussing on my composure or trying not to stare. All these feelings and more fluctuate second by second in life and I have come to listen to them and notice when they happen and how it is affected by my subsequent actions or the actions of others, what relationship they have to me, my friends, my acquaintances, peers, family, tastes, cultures, etc. yaknow?

Okay, I have a similair way.
I mostly just try and guese what thought is causing the emotion/perception and then repeat evidence I have gathered that I realize contradicts that perception, until the emotion changes.
Other times I use my imagination to re-interpret events with different ideas and expose where the lack of evidence/faith/incoherent evidence in that perception/emotion lie.
Then I try and keep that experience in mind while thinking about when it might happen again, making a mental note to go through the process again if it re-occurs.
