What would an average yield from 6 3/4 cup Pf cakes be for penis envy?
Average grams per dry penis envy?
Fruiting span time for penis envy?
Is it okay to reuse the ground after harvesting bulk and use for fruiting again with another syringe?

I would not recommend PE as a first strain to test...
The colonization time is longer then typical cubes, IMO.
Yields are typical, weight-wise.
Fruiting times were typical for me: A week or so in the FC.
What do you mean by "the ground"?
You can look up %'s but PE has more than typical cubes.
Good luck,
JD

Your 1st four questions will be answered only by growing it out... getting an average is like getting an answer to "what is normal?"
Re-use the ground? Outdoor project? If so, I'd imagine it best to simply choose another nearby location, but if you decide to stick with the same spot, dig up the old bulk spot just like you would if it was dirt before "planting" your next project.
Your last question is easy. Just get a gas chomatograph.

Thanks both of you. By ground I was referring to using substrate from a bulk grow.

No worries.
As to reusing subs, the easiest answer for cubes is no.
This being said, some species of fungus are "primary" decomposers where others are "secondary". You can use the spent sub of a primary decomposer with a secondary decomposer.
Good luck,
JD
