like the title says im prepairing for a second grow. the first one went amazingly, i was able to harvest an average of 1 OZ per cake.
this time im going to be doing BRF+Gypsum cakes for added fruit weight. i bought spores from RalphstersSpores (sponsor). i got ralphsters choice - 1106 (cambo's, EQ, some others) and the Strain of the Month (either R44 or Dakak Beach). so thats what i will be working with. im getting 7 strains total, i just cant remember them all so it will be a nice surprise
i have 4 clear tubs, 3 SGFC's and one yet to be made. im at the point where im planing on what to do for the best harvest, and i have 3 choices.
#1 fruit the cakes.
#2 crumbled cakes to make mono-shotgun chambers.
#3 make a mono tub, get some poly-fill and crumble cakes into the mono tub.
IF i do the mono tub or MSG i will be using damion's 50/50 bucket tek.
i have lots of verm, gypsum, and lots of BRF. i can get my hands on coco coir but thats about it. and i DONT have a PC.
what do you suggest?

I know what you're talking about, don't insult my intelligence. You live with three people, yet can steam jars for 90 minutes? You can pasteurize bulk substrate? Yet you can't PC?

LOL john you should learn to read. i didn;t insult your intelligence and what i SAID was i dont have enough room to NEED a PC. if i was going to PC it would be worth it to do a greenhouse, or a room of mono's but i dont have the room......
its not a question of preparing the substrate its a question of effectivley fruiting it. it takes MUCH more room to actualy do that, something you should know......

I would just get an 8 quart 10 psi Wal-Mart PC for $40. It is no larger than the pot you would use to steam sterilize your cakes. Get some WBS or some rye and go bulk, you will find it worth your while.
