Need advice on PF colonizing jars!

Hey guys i nocced my jars up on june 4th and its now the 9th. I believe the mycellium has grown very slow since the start and i heated the jars to 100F by accident for 14 hours. But I have noticed the mycellium survived and has still been growing, just gradually slower. I need advice on what to do with these jars? its been over a month now that they have been colonizing. After I heated the jars they were past 50-60% so i flipped them and the mycellium took off the week after.
1. Cut off uncolonized portions, dunk and roll, birth into SGFC? 2. Wait and prey the mycellium keeps colonizing the jars to 100% 3. Your advice
Here are pics of each jar specifically showing 2 pics from the side and 1 on the bottom.
Jar 1

Jar 2

Jar 3

Jar 4 The bottom of this jar hasn't even started colonizing yet. even after i flipped it.

Thanks for your advice peeps!

You said June 4th and now it's the 9th, did you mean July? Or they've been colonizing for a month and 5 days? If it's just been 5 days, let them sit, the process takes a few weeks, my friend.

Yea those jars take longer to colonize, so be patient unless growth has completely stalled. If it's just going slow, you should wait.

use your jars to spawn a sub of your choice (i.e. coir/verm)

Takes a long time for pints to colonize. Flip them upside down and give it some more time. They'll finish eventually.

Ive had mine take 3 months to finish up. One of the reasons I dont use Pints for PF tek anymore. Shit takes a ridiculous long time to colonize.

Eventually they did work out. Averaged about 4 decent flushes each. But not something I would do again. The time and frustration involved were too much. Especially since I've learned to do grain, makes things much easier, and much faster.

Well update and good news only one day after this post xD when you can notice the mycellium has taken more hold on the cake after only a night on the shelf thats a good thing. All 4 jars are 90%+, one jar i would say is 98%. Only a small dimesized portion of the cake left to colonize. How long would I be safe to consolidate the jars after 100%? and when fruiting in SFGC i have a 6500k CFL light, 12/12 off and on right? How soon should I expect pins after dunk/roll/birthing into the chamber?

Wait 7-10 days after fully colonized. But if you see pins starting while its still in the jar then just go ahead and birth. 12/12 light/dark is correct. Every grow is different so no clue when you will see pins. Generally it's within a week of when you introduce fruiting conditions.

After each flush of mushrooms i just dunk again for 24 hours and roll/birth right? how many flushes should i expect and whats the average yield each cake has dry/fresh?

Dunk only. Don't roll again. Rolling again has the potential to increase the contamination risk.

You can also add about 5% of peroxide to your water your dunking in to help with potential contams. I think using distilled water would be better too.

No, don't do this, there is only one contamination that peroxide kills, and that is cobweb mold. Beyond that you will just be damaging the mycelium. The only protection from contamination is sterile technique.

Only the first time on the roll. Definitely do it then. But on subsequent flushes the risk is greater than the return. After the first flush, just dunk.
