I started some wbs and have a couple questions. What would be the easiest way to yield high with a decent contam resistance? I have a 64 QT tub and a new humidifier. Should I use coir? Also, can I mix 3 different strains into one tub? In your opinion.. what setup should I use?
I also need a recommendation on WBS and anything else I would need to spawn this wbs.

High yeilds are mostly genetic but you can help them greatly with a good substrate,a horse manur/coir mix would be great but coir is fine on its own too
Do not mix strains in one tub,all you'll get is different competing myc and end up with poor fruits also how would you know what strain your picking so what would be the point

I would use coir, verm and gypsum for your substrate. It is fairly contaminant resistant (much more than poo). I would use Damion's Elementary Coir Tek. If you can boil water and mix soil, you will have a hard time messing it up.
I wouldn't recommend mixing 3 different strains into one tub, but it is possible and will work; some may argue that introducing more than one strain into a culture may only cause competition amongst the strains, and therefore poorer yields (this is up for debate though).
I would highly recommend getting some garden gypsum; it adds sulfur and calcium to the media.
64 quart tubs are a good size.
Buy a 23 W 6500 K daylight CFL and some sort of socket/reflector to put it in. Hit up Home Depot or Lowes.
And as SteelMonkey said, high yields are mostly due to cultures with good genetics and a proper supporting environment.
