I love my 23 quart Presto. I think it cost me $70 new. It holds 10 quart jars, so that is always convenient.

I have a small 8 quart one like that from Wal-Mart as well. It holds 4 quart jars and is only good up to 10 psi. 10 psi PCs are fine as long as you run them for 30 min longer than 15 psi PCs; it is also possible that 10 psi for 90 min will be more than sterile enough, but it is always wise to err on the side of caution.
I actually got away with steam sterilizing rye grain for 120 min once. Worked just fine, but I wouldn't recommend it.

Yeah, I tend to think that folks here on the Shroomery take PCing a little too far. I can't imagine too many bacteria making it through 235 F for 60 min, especially if the grains are properly soaked.

If the pressure that builds up is air pressure and not steam pressure you can have some problems with the 60 min cook. You can prevent this by leaving the weight off of the PC until it has vented steam for a good 5-10 minutes
I also have one of those small PCs but I havent used them since I got the 23 qt. Save up for one big one
And of course one of the small PCs wouldnt be able to fit a whiskey bottle of agar and would take large amounts of time if you want to go bulk

^ Agreed.
Its amazing what two grain runs can give you in those 23 quart Prestos... 20 quarts of spawn, which is a shit ton of spawn...
