Finally got round to that squat session, and it went a little something like this:

50x5
90x4
130x3
160x2
180x5

went a bit

on the last rep, but I got it.

Nice Sun Tzsu Reference ...

I just got back from doing chest and I'm really not into logs and shit im sorry but I can say since I've started cycle the biggest difference I've noticed so far is like at the end of my sets, when I'm just spent and would normally quit and drop the weight, ... now I can finish the set, or get that last rep instead of 6 I get 8 or instead of 8 I get 10 and so forth.

I hit 90lbs dumbells for incline chest presses 10 clean reps which was a personal best for me.

I'm loving it so far and IDK cuz everything I read says its too early to be seeing results yet so shit... I'm ready for this to really show what it can do!

Ok. if your not going to do a log. thats cool. But can you please write down starting now. write down in a notebook your current weight. and current lifting stats. and then just write down every time you lift what weight reps and what you did? you know? and then maybe once a month or something you can put the information down here. Like putting the start information and whatever your at when you write it down? so u wont have to jus log every time. it will be more of a weekly, bi-monthly or just once a month thing.......

Yea once I start making notable gains I will post em up for sure.

Thats good man about your presses.  I know its nothing spectacular and really I'm going for more a physique thing over strength.

My lats are starting to flare out my triceps are getting huge my veins in my arms are exploding my traps are gettin defined so its so far so good for me as far as my goals and shit.

To be perfectly honest if I didn't work in a bookstore I would never correlate that picture to Sun Tzu.  I read The Art of War simply becuase it seems like one of those books every man should read in his lifetime.

I sensed some sarcasm in your post there "champion" They use a lot of that artwork for almost every version of Art of War I've seen.

The artist's name is Toyohara Kunichika, if you're interested.
Beware, some of his work is NSFW,

Depending on how my strength loss goes I might consider starting a SINGLE cycle

Can anyone give me a good run down if they've ever had the intention of doing one cycle as a "boost" but just kept going continuously? (Sub-addiction?)

Yeah I don't know anyone whose only done one cycle

I told myself I'm just gonna do one and that didn't work out.

No need to worry about doing more than one though. It's been a while since my last so I definitely don't have any addiction problems.
