for drilling out a SGFC.  You are the man!  :thumbup::thumbup:

Not a single crack in ~300 holes drilled on the new SGFC, and no need to cut off all the plastic flashing with a pair of shear cutters.  Hot damn, this worked out great.  Thank you.

P.S.  Window screen on the bottom really helps hold in the perlite.  I think RR is to thank for that one.

I dunno why people have problems with this I have 4 MSG style tubs and I used a normal 1/4" drill bit and no cracks

Not with the forstner bit.  I couldn't get the tub to crack even when I tried. 

Never had major problems with the regular bit, but this is an improvement over it if only to save the step of cutting off the plastic bits after drilling.

Helps to have fresh plastic too, buy brand new bins when you drill.
