Printing Method APPROVED!

So idk if people have been doing this already or if it's just me but I have found the best way to make prints/syringes IMO. I take the still moist cap from the tub straight into a sterile ziploc bag and let sit for 6 hours. I remove cap and toss into dehydrator. Seal ziploc and add micropore tape to be sure of seal. Label and store in refrigerator until ready (2 months for me). Inject 60cc distilled water from freshly opened water bottle into top of bag. Suck up 20cc into 3 syringes. Looks like grape kool-aid BUT after inoculation of WBS it took 10 days to fully colonize on overly wet grain. Not a single jar out of 12 went bad. Seems like a great new way to make sure there's even sport distribution. Maybe i'm behind the times but I love it!

Just simple bags that I normally use to store a cracker oz. Make sure they're reasonably sturdy, thick, well sealing bags. Think I paid 2 bucks for 50 or something like that. Idk it's all packed up in the shed right now as i'm in the middle of a move.

Everything was stored in the same sterile walk in closet with a sealed door and every clean precaution was taken to ensure sterility. As long as you're careful it'll work every time.

Okay okay so I can't say EVERY time because I have only done this a couple times. BUT, I can vouch that the results were incredibly fast and I feel that in a sterile environment it would be fine. Then again I'm no mycologist lol!

not tryin to bash or nothin
it just seems like it encourages rapid decomposition of the cap.
i put my caps under a drinking glass, on foil
with a piece of paper towel under the edge of the glass to allow the cap to dry as it drops spores.
maybe leaving the ziploc bag open would eliminate my bacterial concerns.

Actually, that's why it's only in there for 6 hours as opposed to a full 24. The moisture in the cap is let out into the bag with the spores. When the bag is sealed it looks like a smudged, wet print. I understand your concerns with it though.
