Backyard mushroom ID challenge!

At my folks' again, the mushies are finally poppin' in their yard, which is usually a mushroom hunter's paradise. Found several different species, Check it out!
Habitat: Where does it grow? Eg. woods, pasture, state, province, country, altitude, etc. What does it grow on? Eg. soil, dung, wood (dead, living, what kind of wood?), etc. Growing in the dead leaves/pine needles in my parents' backyard, Mid-GA
Gills: Color, attached/not, gills/pores, etc. Light yellow or cream colored pores.
Stem: Length, diameter, color, texture, hollow/solid, thin/thick, etc. Stout, reticulated, solid. Light brown.
Cap: Diameter, color, texture, conical/spherical, convex/concave, etc. Approx. 3.5" across, i would call the color an ashy beige.
Spore print color: Very important! Printing!
Bruising: Color that the mushroom bruises, if any. None noted.
Other information: Scent of the mushroom, anything else you think is important, large close-up pictures showing stem, cap and gills. Smells very fresh and mushroom-y

Habitat: Where does it grow? Eg. woods, pasture, state, province, country, altitude, etc. What does it grow on? Eg. soil, dung, wood (dead, living, what kind of wood?), etc. Growing from some rotting wood in my parents' backyard.
Gills: Color, attached/not, gills/pores, etc. Dark yellow, decurrent
Stem: Length, diameter, color, texture, hollow/solid, thin/thick, etc. Short, emerging from the wood, same color as gills.

Cap: Diameter, color, texture, conical/spherical, convex/concave, etc. Concave in more mature sp., color is a ruddy tan. Texture is velvety. Hard to tell because none of them are in great shape.

Spore print color: Very important! Printing!
Bruising: Color that the mushroom bruises, if any. maybe a darker orange?
Other information: Scent of the mushroom, anything else you think is important, large close-up pictures showing stem, cap and gills. Smells strong but hard to describe. Fishy mushroom butt? lol

The first is a close relative of Boletus edulis, Boletus variipes. Nice find!

It appeared to have been growing on wood, but it could have been through the crack.

After looking up Phylloporus, it definitely appears to be Phylloporus rhodoxanthus ssp. americanus, the "Gilled Bolete". Definitely going in my book! Thanks guys!
