This is a second flush shroom on a cake. Never done a second flush before...so don't know if or why it is a fucked up mushroom. take a look and tell me if this is alright for possible consumption.

Retarded doesn't mean stupid, it means slowed or stopped (usually due to an outside influence). Those shrooms are mutated or deformed, not retarded (unless they slow or stop growth).
