Monotub plan and question

My plan for my monotub is 4 quarts of WBS spawned to 5 quarts coir , half quart verm, and half a cup of gypsum. the tub is a 51 quart sterilite tub with 4 holes on each long side and 1 on each short side.
the strain is equador.
will this work out fine?
one more question...when i pasterize the coir, i am going to boil the amount of water needed and pour it on the coir in a bucket with the lid on and let it cool down. then i am going to put it in a pot and heat on the stove at 150-170 degrees for half an hour. is this second part really needed?
any input will be appreciated i am planning on starting this today and tommorow. thank you

Your better off using 5 or more quarts for a full brick as per damion's coir tek. Maybe cut down the recipe to 75% 500grams of coir 1.5 liters of verm 3 liters of water 1/2 cup of gypsum.
Depending on your hole size 4 on the long is over board 2 2 inch holes and 1 2 inch hole is standard.

Well I seen that you only have 4 quarts and that is why I suggested to use 75% of damions coir tek. The amount of sub your recipie is using is going to give you a very shallow depth. Yes you add the water last
