outdoor gas burner

Hello,
I am looking into getting a burner for larger scale actions (initially, the pasteurization of subs, etc).
I am seeing 10, 20, and 30 PSI systems.
Here is a nice looking 30 psi unit: http://www.amazon.com/Bayou-Classic-KAB4-Pressure-Cooker/dp/B0009JXYQY/ref=sr_1_31?ie=UTF8&qid=1309933135&sr=8-31
Which is preferable? I am thinking that more is better, but am curious as to potential issues. (i.e. is it harder to find refilling stations, etc)
Thanks for the time,
JD

Refilling stations are everywhere around here... U-Hauls sometimes have them... Farm Supply stores... And of course propane suppliers!

Some 10 psi burners usually arent adjustable very easily. The one you want is the Bayou Classic Banjo Burner. */EDIT* I see now thats the one you linked to. You will love it trust me. The psi of the burner has nothing to do with the psi or the filling of the propane tanks. Its just a regulator difference that connects to the tank on the hose.

The one you posted from amazon will work OK, but don't try to set stuff on it. Build a strong rack to hold the weight, especially if you're using 55 gallon drums. RR

We must be talking about different items. There's no way a non-suicidal person would set anything larger than a 5 gallon can on that burner. 55 gallon drums need to be supported by the ring around the edge, not the belly of the bottom. That burner is way too small for that. RR

got it on craigslist for $100 a while back, made in 1946 i believe. Had all the original accessories - wing nut wrench, racks and rack pullers. Just had to get a new pressure gauge. Pretty ridiculous right.
