    #14717712 - 07/04/11 09:26 PM (12 years, 8 months ago)

I spawned my fully colonized rye bag to 6lbs out grow compost i just want to know how long i keep the lid on completely sealed on my 66qt monotub before i can loosen the lid for fae? Even in rr's notes (genneral myc) it says highco2 is good inthe beginning just doesn't sayfor how long...unless i missed thatpart.

Don't peak unless through the tub.

I use the lid of my monotubs as GE barriers all the time.

You want HIGH CO2 levels during colonization. It's a great pinning strategy.

Too much AE during colonization will cause early pinning.

clean your entire room w/ a 1:10 bleach to water solution. Wipes down the walls & clean all the carpets w/ a steaming carpet cleaner. (if you have carpet)

The less you mess w/ colonizing ANYTHING, the better off you are.
