edible cakes . . .
    #1470728 - 04/18/03 02:56 PM (20 years, 10 months ago)

My friends pet donkey "poopy butt" wants to make some completely edible jars. Is this possible. He knows that it is worth it to fruit but just wants to try the jars. Could he use WBS instead of VERM in his BRF cakes and when they are colonized just eat some of the cake?

He could. He probably wouldn't trip though.

if you really want to see for yourself, use WBS, and let them sit for a few more weeks after being colonized. then eat the cake, or make a tea with it and cranberry juice. don't get your hopes up.

There is very very little from what I understand. The FBI couldn't find any in it.

There is the good stuff in fully colonized jars . Eating it would not be very enjoyable though . Just make up plain old grain , let colonize , and bon apetit I spose .  :smirk:
There is a document at ERROWID that details a method of extracting pure psilocybin/psilocyin from colonized grain , it takes like 100 wet grams of mycelium to get 2 dry grams of pure goodies .
Now if one could chow down on at least a full half pinter , he might have fun .
Good Luck

A friend of mine has made countless pots of tea with cakes. They worked.
