 What to do on a shrooms trip, stuck in my bedroom

So I'm getting some shrooms for this weekend and the only way for me to do them is gonna be in my room the entire night. What are some fun activites I can do? I tripped once before and it was in my room, but it started turning bad at the end because I limited the trip and just laid there trying to sleep. I don't wanna have that experience so I shouod keep myself occupied. Any suggestion, I have Internet, ps3, and an iPad and stuff so I was planning on watching some movies, what else?

You gottta make sure you have good tunes and a good movie. If your looking for an amazing cinematic movie watch the LOTR trilogy. I did this on a quarter of mushrooms and had the best night of my life, and it was in my room alone.

Just lay in bed with your music on and take a journey of the mind
Oh and dont try to sleep. Just go in with the intention of staying up all night

Dude I just bought the trilogy on Blu Ray, but wasn't sure if it would freak me out or not while tripping. Think I'm gonna find out lol

Thank you, that's what I was planning on doing. Do you think I will doze off and have some trippy dreams, cause it's gonna be really late, but either way I think I'll be fine. I really wanna explore my mind too, so this will be good I hope

It is totally worth it, make sure you turn off all the lights so the TV glows all over your room. It makes you feel like you are actually in the movie.

You get to a point where it is IMPOSSIBLE to fall asleep on these substances. Hence you 'trying' to sleep last time.
Just stay awake through the come up

I've almost always had to stay confined to my room while tripping, but I've always been content with staring at the wall and listening to music.

The iPad would be fun while tripping. I have a fractal app on my iPhone that is lots of fun to look at when tripping

Listen to like five pink floyd albums back-to-back in the dark. Put on fear and loathing when you're coming down and getting sleepy if at all.

Fear and loathing is pretty fun to watch when tripping, but as it's pretty trippy on it's own I'd rather spend that time with something new, visually at least.

This is what I like to do:
Turn off the lights, lie down and try to clear your mind of all thoughts. Try to hear the different frequencies humming in your mind and get them to concentrate into one. This is how psilocybin is meant to effect your mind, by helping it operate on a different frequency. Then try to feel your consciousness concentrating into your mind's eye and let your mind travel outward.
Time can stand still and you can create your own epic story. Nevermind LOTR and F&L, you'll be wasting the chance to experience something new from your own imagination.
Concentrate, be patient, and enjoy the trip. By focusing on your own thoughts you will benefit in ways you never could if you are distracted by physical means (video, music).
Don't get me wrong, I love me some Jimi or Boards of Canada once in a while when I trip especially on the come-up, but there's nothing better than peaking with total quiet and darkness.

If I was you Id try meditating to meditation music and listening to people like Alan Watts and try provoke a spiritual experience, but thats just my interests so yeah.

Eating mushrooms in my room at night is one of my favorite ways to experience it. I usually lay in my bed and observe the come up and get some good thinking and meditation in, then once it hits me I'll usually listen to some tunes for a bit then start doing some deep introspection and journey through my thoughts. You'll realize that you don't need to be doing anything to stay occupied on mushrooms, you just sit there and your mind provides hours of entertainment.

Watch some AMV's on your comp, or burn them to DVD. They are awesome when you are tripping!! Here are some good ones for tripping..
