Not sure if this will work but I have about half a syringe left over from my new project, strain is burma.I have a cow feild right down the street that grew cubes all the time but I cannot find them anymore. Does any1 think I could use these spore to inoc. some old patties out there if so should I wait for a rain ? or do it in themorning when things r nice and wet? I was thinking about .5-.75 on each 1 I do. I know it probaly wont work but does any1 think there is a chance? Ty all...

Just save them for your next project. They'll keep for quite some time even without refrigeration.

You'll have to re-flame your needle before using them to inject anything else, but they should be fine unless you've sucked anything INTO the needle while you were injecting. Including air. I've saved a half syringe many times. If you have your clean technique down they should do just as well as the first time you injected them.
If you pc the entire syringe (needle and all) wrapped in foil, you can use it to make a new syringe from your prints after you fruit your current project.

If you really wanna experiment. Make a couple Liquid Cultures, and expand your syringe! If I were you I would make 3 LC containers, use 1 mL of spore solution in each container and store the left over syringe in the refrigerator. Make 3 lcs because of probable contamination rates, if you haven't made one before. That's my 2 cents.... Oh wait one more helpful answer "use the search function"

Personally, I wouldn't advocate anyone trying to make an LC before they know how to make a clean syringe from a print.

I would agree with that! People should know their limitations, but never limit the possibilities.

I made clean LC's before I made syringes but at the same point I was making clean prints that I made the LC`s

Awesome! My very first grow was rye grain spawned to poo and straw. When I made it through 4 flushes with no contamination, I was just as surprised as anyone. We're a couple of prodigies...
I'm just saying that MOST new people should learn the basics first and move on once they've mastered those skills. Then, the sky's the limit.

If the field used to produce and doesn't anymore, there's a problem there. Like the owner might be feeding oranges to his cows or throwing salt. It's unlikely anything would grow anyways.

Well see theres the prob... I have found cinctus and pan paps and spininctrinus and plenty others not active of course but no more cubes? Maybe we killed the cube population when we picked so many.I also live in NC. I am a noob but those other ideas do sound great but I dont think I want to do something like that at this point need to hit the books some more before I get there..The feild is fine and is ALIVE! dont know why I cant find sub cubes there any more? Would salt licks hinder cube growth?
