There was a post awhile back about a girl giving her hamster some shrooms. Read that thread.

Damn you done did it man...On with the flames people....You can check my thread out "My dog is tripping!Help!!" Man my dog was acting weird one day and I concluded he ate my shrooms. His eyes were dialated for 4 days. He wouldent eat, drink, sleep,or sit down. He would just stand there wobbling his head back and forth looking at imaginary things and also barking at them. Light and sound severly disturbed him. He had a huge smile on his face.He was severly dehydrated and we had to force feed him water. On day 3 he started eating cheese and drank some water but was still severly fucked up. Keep in mind that the only shrooms he had acess to were like 3 ABORTS! I have no idea what 1.5grams would do to him. If you feed your dog shrooms you are a grade A dumbass...Go buy a lab rat!!!

SOmeone should dose you with a tab of cyanide. See how you react to that.
1.5 grams. How stupid.
His body weight is nothing compared to you. That would be like a five gram trip on the dog.
Get a fuckinglife and grow up Dr. Eichman.

I've heard crazy stories about drugs and animals. My friends dog ate shrooms once and was barking at nothing for hours before he dug a HUGE hole in the middle of the yard and just sat their for the rest of the night. Someone elses cat ate their weed plant and ate abunch of food, wigged out for afew hours before passing out and sleeping for over a day, no one could wake it up hehe.
I'd say at most you should only smoke out a pet, and thats if they're willing.

Yeah.... not a good idea. I've blown pot smoke in our dog's face and my parents have given him beer, and he just fell asleep. Keep the harder stuff away from your pets.

This is an extremely bad idea. You are not thinking clearly about this. Such an intense thing as this, tripping, that is fun for you as a person..... will NOT be "fun" for a dog. Think about it.....how would you like it if someone dosed you with something that completely fucked your perception up, without you knowing it, or worse yet, you were so fucked that you couldn't even figure out what happened, or who or what you were anymore. People even can get bad trips when they PLANNED to trip, and people don't like the bad trip. A "surprise" like that is no fun for a person, and can turn very bad......even worse for an innocent, unsuspecting animal. It is definitely CRUELTY TO ANIMALS to do something like this. With LSD, doses that humans can withstand have killed elephants. I think your dog would much more appreciate a doggy-treat or a bone or playing frisbee. Don't you? P.S. I wouldn't do it to ANY animal.....even a Mouse. What's the point? To "test and see how they react?" I can already tell you that. They're gonna be real fuckin' confused and miserable, if they don't have a freakin' heart attack first. They aren't going to like it. It's a helluva lot worse than sitting around pulling wings off flys.

I don't think you guys should come down all that hard on dobinky. I agree with what everyone said about NOT feeding shrooms to any animal. But he was probably just thinking that since he liked them his pooch might too. He did the right thing by asking around here first don't you think? You guys straightened him out.

I don't think the dog realizes that it is eating or smoking or drinknig or whatever to get fucked. Its doing it because its a dog and like all dogs will pretty much eat anything since that's one of the few fun things to do in their mostly boring lives. You think he thinks "saturday night... things going good, knocked up a hot bitch in the park yesterday... think ill get fuuuuuuuuuuuckkkkeed tonight"

No hate intended. Just was really afraid for your Dog, didn't want him to be traumatized or permanently harmed by spending a day in Hell..... (Or your mouse either). Back in school we had a dog that drank lots of beer and cut lots of bad beer farts, and loved to quaff MJ smoke (SOME animals like it). But shrooms etc are a whole other dimension. Beer and dope can't take you down that old highway to Hell like a real psychedelic can, they just zonk you. Peace.
