American Caesar? If so anyone ever eat these? There are plenty growing now.






Some sort of puffball.

This size has been pretty typical this year. Could be the hot weather.

Yeah, you look like you found yourself a slender Caesar - probably Amanita jacksonii. I am no expert though. Your puffball is probably Lycoperdon echinatum and your last unknown looks like some type of Psathyrella sp., I am unsure which.

I agree with Alan in #1 is Amanita parcivolvata.  Edibility unknown

I have eaten the American caesars mushroom and its not worth eating.  Musty tasting to me with no problems, however it has caused a few people mild poisonings.  I would not recommend it.
