and yeah do chinups with my own weight, fucking hard though taking me a long time

gonna look into buying that pure carb shit today, i'm going to start 2-3 day backloading for clean bulking.

I'm so pissed that my gym got rid of a squat rack and put the only one left right in the middle by the dumbbells so now everyone can see my shame :etbig:

Not a very good idea brother, you don't want to play with your hormones like that. You just shut off your natural test levels and now have nothing there to keep your test levels stabilized. I would get back "on" as soon as possible so you don't cause to much stress on the body; could end up hindering your gains.

lol dude there's been studies on it. The hypothalamus doesn't shut down til around 2 weeks. That's why really short cycles are getting more popular now, cuz they make PCT so much easier. Thanks for the concern though man. :thumbup:

Haha yeah true. And I was thinking about maybe trying something called dog crap training. I hear pretty good feedback from it.

I usually don't follow programs though. I just do my own thang and it works well.

This is gonna be a real short cycle though. I'm broke so I can't just throw around money on ancillaries and shit and I don't really get any sides on short cycles so I get quick gains, no sides, and I save money.

I may end up deciding to go longer though if I find out within the next couple weeks I can get my car fixed and still have cash left over.

Also I'm probably gonna have to do updates by the week. I'm visiting family tomorrow for a week or so and I might be busy.

It's going. I've put on a good 13-14 lbs going into week 5 of 10. Still have 15lbs to get to my goal... I've put on maybe 1 2 lbs at the most in the last week and that kinda bothers me.  I benched 265 for 5 reps my last chest day with a guy spotting me with his pinkies. I hate when people spot you and they keep their hands on the bar the entire time.

I got a text from this girl that made me laugh to myself. I met her a few days before I started she said,

"Don't get a big head over this but you must grow fast. When we first met and the weekend after you were not so big, but then like two weeks later when you came out for my bday I was thinking whoa! You grew lol your chest was way bigger."

I know lol. I hooked up with her the first night I met her.

I was thinking about getting some pre workout shit to give me a little extra boost as my workouts have been a little too lackluster lately.
I used to take no explode but I kept getting horrible headaches and I haven't used any since. That was about 2 years ago.
