Regarding blocking Govt. types from getting to sites...

If anyone is interested in the idea possibilities of (at least nominally) blocking .GOV & .MIL visitors from seeing their site, and they have either access to Apache configs on their server, are running under a mod_perl enabled version of Apache, or aren't bound to only be allowed CGI executions under their ScriptAlias directory, then check this post out .

Hope someone finds the info of some use.
