Greetings! If you're trying to choose between liberty caps and ecquadorians, I'd have to say that, truly, your best bet would most definitely lie in the ecq. strain. Liberty caps are notoriously almost impossible to cultivate indoors. They aren't psilocybe cubensis mushrooms. Fuck, I forgot the real name for liberty caps.... I'll go look it up.

Damn, I just realized I don't have anywhere to look it up. What I do know is that they are not p. cubensis, and have completely and utterly different growing parameters.

Anyone know the latin name for liberty caps?

Isnt it paneolus semilanceata?-just a guess but that sounds right.

You can learn about how difficult it is to grow the most popular strains at http://www.sporeworks.com

The liberty caps are supposed to be grown on dung or straw. Straw is supposed to be one of the hardest subs to keep sterile.

Of course, I only know these things from this site and the one listed above.
