You'll see better gains if you sprint. Just sprint for as long as you can, walk til you can sprint again, sprint as long as you can, etc.
It works your metabolism a lot better than jogging does.

Hey xk, if you are getting sick you should rest up brother, no point in pushing it to hard. There is always tomorrow my man! As for ds and champion, great job fellas! It's always nice to feel accomplished when you leave the gym, keep up the fantastic work!

Well, first you move one leg in front of you, then the other in front, and you repeat this cycle at a consistent rate as quickly as you can. Keep this going until you can no longer.
Next, you do the same, except at a much lower rate to recover, then once you've recovered, repeat step 1 and repeat the cycle at least 8 times or so.
There you have it. That's how you sprint and then walk.

Bad advice. Keep your sprints short and intense. 90-95% max effort.
If i sprinted as long as i could, it would be quite far and would totally exhaust me. I've read numerous opinions on it, and as far as bang for your buck, 5-10 short max intensity sprints is what you should be doing.
Anyways,
8x50 1 handed swings with 40lb KB
Hopefully get around to a long run this weekend and heavy barbell work too.

badasssssss
don_vedo, I am getting worse, but I went anyway as I had the PT session booked today.
So I got in and I warmed up for about 15 mins before the PT showed up, then he spent an hour showing me power cleans... and goddamn they are hard, and I was sweating like a motherfucker repeating over and over again the steps for it. I was destroyed. I still have a lot to go but I have learned the basics and will work on them over time.
Then I went to squat...
I ended up destroying my squat! I got up to my working weight (125kg) and decided to go for a 1RM, I did 130kg x2 and then
140kg(308lbs) x1!!! Felt incredible... I was high as fuck after this!!
Then I went to Press (Miliatry press) and did
20kg 1x5 30kg 1x5 40kg 1x5 50kg 1x4 40kg 3x5
Then chinups 3x8
Then practiced some more Power Cleans then stretched for 10mins, then was out of there. I now have 2 days rest (possibly more as I'm going interstate tomorrow for a week and a half, I will be able to get to the gym but will see how I am feeling.

btw how will i go smoking weed tonight? how will weed affect my recovery?
also, can anyone tell me how alcohol will affect my recovery if i drink tonight and have 2-3 days rest?
i dont want to drink, and i will most likely not drink, but i would just be interested to know. i am on fitocracy, and see a lot of mates on there saying "couldnt reach working set as i was too hungover"
i do NOT want to fall to this! fuck feeling that deflated and disappointed in yourself!!

Not bad advice. Maybe not the best for him personally, but there's nothing wrong with exhausting yourself during exercise. I sprint til I need to walk and it works better for me at least.

that's pretty awesome brother, congrats; always a great feeling.
@xk: I don't drink always found that drinking affected my lifting goals through and through. As far as smoking goes I don't do that either but used to heavily; I'd say there's no issues there except for your lungs!

yoga definately stretched me out. there were a couple of times going from the up-dog to standing position with the hands in the air (cant remember what its called) where your mind and body feels like it gets flushed and you're like "wooah" amongst the sweatiness and rape aha
well i bought a bottle of red last night but didnt drink it i think im just gonn stay clean thru all the this, i dont want to compromise my gains.
krackatus; epic lift... how long you been at it??
