man. What you gonna do with your arms? mine arent small. but comparibly smaller to my body if you know what im sayin. I barely even work out the arms . I only work them out hard in the winter. T-Rex... what to do

Technically, "military press" is performed with a strictly shoulder width grip, and with heels together, but yes, what most people call military press.

lbs of course, a 220kg strict BB press is world record breaking.:wink:
I'm 5'11", 'bout 230lbs, and I've always had a relatively good OHP. wide shoulders and short(ish) arms probably help that.

well my flatmate just came home with these...




how will tripping affect my lifting schedule, keeping in mind i'm trying to stay as strict and regimented as possible?

would i be safe to trip on say friday the night before my 2 day rest period? will this affect my recovery for maximum lift again on monday?

I can answer that. It wont effect shit. As long as your not tripping and working out lol. Mushrooms dont effect muscle growth, metabolism, or your homeostasis whatsoever. Besides poisoning you for a few hours.:shrug:

when i get up to some more seriously weights (180kg+ squat, 240kg+ deadlift, 160kg+bench) I want to start doing some strongman shit... that is if I make it that far. stuff looks like fun in a retarded kinda way.

I've been moving heavy things around on and off for ~4 years now, sometimes it feels like more off than on.:\ consistency is key, and I am consistent... some of the time.:rolleyes:
before that I did some brody-building (sic), which is often the gateway drug to powerlifting.:grin:

thodub. START TOMORROW. dude. I started last november. Im doing 415 deadlift 250 bench. 170 military. i could give a fuck less about my curls and pushups hahaha.


Its worth it. I dont go in looking like a badass. I know im a badass.

and it feels so fucking amazing to beat deadlift records. its like holy fuck.. did i just do 405? omg i just did 415... dude the feeling is wow. and it gets you ripped as fuck.

Ya I have "abs" when not flexing, but I have a 6 pack when I flex. Getting your body's fat content real low adds to the awesomeness.
