ANYWAY.

If you leave an acceptably-sized gap in between the inner walls of the styrofoam and the outter walls of your fruiting chamber, there would be room for crushed ice. I would suggest lining the inside of the styrofoam container with plastic first. Garbage bag plastic works (just cut it along two of it's seams - WAlla. A plastic sheet.).

As a newbie that last procedure seemed feasable, but not the easiest route.

I was thinking of a drinking fountain's water chiller, rigged onto a humidifier w/ a resevoir. Unit is on a Green Air micro-climate controller w/ thermostat/humistat.(I wish).

Anyone know how those drinking fountains, being located on a wall in a mall, cool their water? Is it some sort of "cooling pump"? I think I might just take one apart in the food court sometime. Do you think anyone would notice me tweaking on the fountain?
