Ugh... I have read everything I could find on the web about Tasmanians... They have only been in the "domestication" process for a few years... as opposed to some that have been for damn near a few decades...
A crude example: a captive wolf that has a little of domesticated pups, that in turn have their own domesticated pups... Those third gen pups, as "domesticated" as they are, should still be handled as sudo-wild wolves. Genetics... It can take awhile to steer them in a particular direction while maintaining consistent results
Cheers

I am planning on ordering a syringe of Penis Envy from a vender. I had great results from a members syringe. This time was going to buy one which vender has the best genetics of PE Hawkeye or Sporeworks. I have used both for other strains just don't want a tub full of mutants. I know spores a gamble each time but don't have all my gear right now for agar at the moment

The B+ and Golden Teachers worked great! Unfortunately I don't have any left and I didn't make any prints.
I'm not working with the Huatia and it's EXTREMELY slow. I'm just getting pins in my coir+verm mono using Rye spawn after 2 and 1/2 months!!!
I don't want to print this as it's extremely slow. So I'm going to pick up a 4 pack from spore works. I know a lot of you guys all say a cube is a cube and it's the MS genetics that controls the speed and all other variables.
Having said that, I'd still like someone to recommend me the most aggressive strains based on their experience from this list below. Like I said I'll be picking up the 4 pack, so please give me your advice.
I'll be working with Rye -> Coir\Verm monotubs and POSSIBLY some pf cakes.
Albino A+ B+ Burma Costa Rica Ecuador Golden Teacher Huautla Malabar Coast Mazatapec Nepal, Chitwan Albino Penis Envy (APE ver. 1.0) Penis Envy Penis Envy Uncut PES Amazonian PES Hawaiian PF Standard PF Albino Puerto Rican Treasure Coast
I'd pick Ecuador, PF classic, Puerto Rican, and for fun I'd go with Penis Envy.

... has anyone used the ban hua thanon strain? i've read it's a fast colonizer and also highly resistant to contams. anyone do a pf tek with these? just wondering what kind of harvest times you've gotten - summer is quickly wasting away.

There are plenty of strains that do this, personally haven't herd of the strain. What I do know is that it will usually take anywhere from 1-3 months to get fruits (1 definitely being very quick and hardly likely for a beginner). Just take your time, study up on proper Tek's and give it your all, in the end it should all work out nicely for you

Ive got a print of this. The story I heard was that it is the latest "Creation" from Keeper. So....you can probably fill in the rest of the story from there.

Hello, friends!
So, I am not new to growing mushrooms, but I have never grown hallucinogenic mushrooms before and know considerably little about them. I'm about to embark on my first journey growing shrooms, but I'm not sure which spores to buy. I'm thinking to go with the Chitwan 'strain' only because I love Nepal(even if I've never been to the Terai region where this mushroom was apparently found). So the question is: is that a totally stupid reason to pick the strain? If I don't go with Chitwan, I'll just get the cheap 'Choice Spore Special'. Any thoughts?

Dude, being that Nepal holds a special meaning to you, picking those spores and growing them out for your first will be that much more special to you. Those are as good as the next. Go with it!

If you like the Chitwan then go with it. But there wont be a significant difference between it and the "vendor's choice".
They will both still be P. Cubensis.

I agree, I try and find out as much background history on the strains I grow. OoB stated it's make the grows that much more special!
