Home Despot has hydrated lime, it's in the same area where they have bags of cement, sand, rocks and various masonry items, I believe it's also referred to as "builder's lime." It comes in bags of about 40 lbs (if I recall correctly) more than you may use in a lifetime for mushroom growing.
I purchased Kellogg's Hydrated Lime at a local Nursery, it comes in a 5.1 lbs clear plastic container. This is much easier to work with than a 40 lb bag.

Oops, I almost forgot. Go to PetsMart or Petco (can't remember which - maybe both) and in the section where they have products for reptiles look for a product call 'BONE AID Calci-Sand,' it is pure natural calcium carbonate. It is put out by a company called 'T-Rex.'
