Take one batch all the way to fruiting before you get too crazy with it.

Where's RR? you'd think he'd be all over this one.

Anyway, very cool, I have a B+ syringe left over so I may give this ago, it's not like I've got anything to lose.

putting h2o2 into your first LC is not science.

making two LC at the same time, and using a genetic isolate to test both lc, is science.

Just to clarify, did you just inject a uncle bens rice packet without opening it and seal the hole with tape?

yep i cleaned the bag with a alcohol wipe then put a fresh wipe on top and stabbed through it,pulled needle out and moved wipe a bit so the hole in bag was still covered while i got a piece of micro-pore tape ready then lifted wipe enough to tape hole.
Just tried not to expose hole to open air as i wasn't using a glove-box.

When i first did it my LC did not have h202 in it so that's sort of another matter as 'cozc' has shown it worked with spore water.
I fucked up my casing got cobweb, got pissed off and through it outside!
The myc was solid so i cleaned some up and transferred it to some straw which it is happily colonizing now. If someone successfully fruits it as is then big ups to them if not, use it as spawn for pasteurized bulk. Im only a noob though so...
