Unfortunately the size isnt normal. Theyre opening and ready to be picked though. Bad genetics, it happens. For a greenhouse, I suggest getting a 5 pack from somewhere of different strains, try out 1 jar of each one. When you find the ones that grow/fruit the best, stick with that syringe, use 1 cc to make a quart jar, then G2G transfer that into 10. Then each of those can go into 10, and each of those and so on, for 3 or 4 generations. You can do a few hundred jars over a few months (more then a few) all from 1cc of spores in that first jar. Then you get similar genetics throughout, and you've tested them to be ok.
EDIT: On second look, I notice multiple kinds of pins in there, I do believe some will grow up. Sometimes youll get whole flushes that open up little like that, sometimes you'll get a 1/2 flush that does, and a 1/2 flush thats normal. Thats how it is with MS. I do see more good coming though I think, those fat pins, now that I zoomed in.

You know when I did my gh with z strain a while back I had that same problem with 2 of my trays. The other 9 were fine. Firstly I highly recommend Ralphsters for the genetics. Secondly I think your problem could be resulting from not enough humidity. Usually a gh has a cool mist for fae and an ultrasonic humidifier to boost the rh every so often. Its a good idea to harvest all at once but it did look like some of those were going to get bigger before before opening. Z strain can get really big. Check out the z's in my gallery

Z's were my first strain, grown them dozens of times. They are generally fast and very nice producers, tons of pins, with big mushrooms. I have gotten alot of wierd Z's though, as with any strain. Its all multispore genetics. Some people are different, some are short, some are fat, some dont grow up, same thing. Just gotta try some new genes.

nice job man. I am sure you will get the bug worked out.. The gh is awsome. And if you dont mind me asking, what did it cost you for the whole set up total? Thinking of making something similar.

Had a grow using very similar containers, on a much smaller scale, using a variety of substrates from coir/verm, hpoo, and high mountain compost. All ended up being tiny. Though genetics likely has something do with it, it was a multispore and the results were consistent across the board. I believe the key reason for this was amount of substrate vs. amount of pins. The substrates were probably no more than 2" deep, and they all pinned like crazy. The use up the available moisture pretty evenly.
As for the trich, I believe the colonized substrates should be pretty resistant, so keep an eye on it and hope for the best. That's the nice thing about monotubs -- each batch is fairly isolated so anything going south has far less impact on the project as a whole.

Nothing can be done about growth at this point, its probably genetics. A thicker substrate next time would help a bit, or a new strain. Next time you see mold before you move it, dump table salt over the green part, then dump the casing. Salt is just to keep spores from flying around as you whip it out of your FC and into the trash. Spray oust/lysol around. Keep an eye on the other casings. Green mold can cause stunted growth, so you may have some hidden in there. More fresh air will help reduce contaminations and so will a bit less water droplets on the casings, if there is any. Sounds like things are going ok though, you have to expect contaminations.
