is it alright to go ahead a ahead and prepare the substrate the water and all, and then sterilize them good and not innoculate until saturady or monday is this ok

holes should be 'poked' before sterilization.
jars should be inoc'd as soon as possible after sterilization.
store unused jars in 'fridge or freeze for longer storage.
