North korea is indeed an interesting situation. If there will be any problems with NK, I think america has incited them. In 2000, the south korean prime minister (?) was awarded the nobel peace prize for creating a greater diplomatic relationship between the north and south. And then Bush decided to label NK as "EVIL", which has to the stupidest possible thing to do in the situation. But anyways, how dangerous is North Korea? is the fact that they have nuclear weapons relevent? yes and no. Why does the US care that they have nuclear weapons, when they dont seem to be concerned with Israel's nuclear capability, who have been severely aggressive towards palestine? or India's nuclear weapons? I beleive that the solution to this problem is aid, the UN needs to help north korea integrate into the world economy, not isolate them like the US does. But they are definitly dangerous, The NK military regularily fires missiles over tokyo just to show the world that it has the ability to cause mass destruction.
