Unfortunately this is the reality we face on this forum. More & more people are hunting each year.
Sharing pics/info is giving people the ability to hunt for themselves and in return they will start hunting your patches. :frown:

i think this is a problem lol

Add me to that list. He disappeared for a while last year as well. Hope everything is all good. That guy must have a warehouse full of shrooms by now.

peace_treaty: those subs look like these found by inski in New zealand. Not sure what he ended up identifying them as. Theyre probably just weird subs.

My mate and I went on a hunt and a trip today. Please tell me these aren't the biggest subs you have ever seen in your life.

edit: lool wrong forum, was meant to post these in the SA thread. Still, I'll leave these pics here for you guys to see.

glass of OJ eh?

Since there's not much going on in the way of hunting...

When you guys do end up making use, how far do you go?
Do you use it for recreation or spiritual purposes?

I've only really had a few real low doses, a few 1g and one 3g trip.

Mainly recreation but for spiritual insight too.

My next trip i'd love to experience a level 5 trip in a dark room laying down... full ego loss.. which i hear is the best way.

I use them to explore my mind, the whole experience is fun though, so i guess spiritual and recreation

I use them recreationally for the most part. I'm not big on the "spiritual" side of psychedelics, I don't feel like they really have anything to teach us. Although they are great for looking at yourself, the world and other people objectively. Sometimes I just think about who I am and where I'm going - it's usually a little depressing but in a kinda good way, if that makes any sense.

yeah that makes sense, but i kinda view that as spiritual

spirituality to me is now - the moment, the ineffable (no religions or rules or labels)

what you described about seeing things differently would be spiritual to me

the different perspectives you get i would call teaching

but thats my view not yours...
I hear the real magic happens when you have a high enough dose to leave this material world and enter the unmanifested
Where you have no name, no past, no future

maybe thats only attainable with DMT, im yet to find out these things for myself i've only read about it

Same thing here peace_treaty, I was thinking I would have a nice find but there was absolutely nothing at the patch I check, I am thinking maybe the temperatures were too high, pretty discouraging! Not one popped up and no new pins, very strange considering we are in the middle of the season and had 3 days of solid rain.

@ rsrkt, what do you define as a spiritual experience? For me I listened to a lot of Terrence Mckenna before I tripped and I wanted to have the experience he describes which sounds very spiritual, however I think my dose must have been low because I never left this world, was never out of it, I just had so much fun with it and was getting waves of euphoria... which seems more recreational than spiritual, I guess I gotta see what happens on a larger dose.:mushroom2:
