if i left out pasturized coir/verm in the rain and it didn't get soaked, is it okay to use still? or do i have to pasturize it again?

I would definitely pasteurize it again just to be safe. You don't wanna get a week down the road and have major contamination. Then again I am fairly new at this still and so I always wanna know a 100% sure I won't have contamination.

It's probably  not @ the right moisture content now, due to the rain.

I'd dump the tub in your garden & start over.

:whathesaid:

bringing it back to field capacity & re-pasteurizing it would be fine.

:rotfl:

I'm lazy, man. I don't know why anyone would leave it outside in the first place.

It's just easier for me to boil a gallon of water & dump it on some coir rather than transfer to a pillow case & squeeze, yada-yada-yada...
