1,2,7,8,10-13 are all panaeolus the rest are agocybe I believe. 7,8,12 are panaeolus cinctulus good find . It would help if next time you numbered your pictures.

10 looks quite different than 11. more brighter and no circle around.

all pan subbs? picked today, all frome same pile


1 are quite dry, from 2 waiting for spores other black spored.
these are picked 3 day ago. now they are dry and all looks same.

are pan subs lose lot of potency while drying?

just remember , black spores, purplish twisted stem and ring around the edge of the cap margin .

Some of those do not look like subbalteatus to me, some definately do. This is maybe because the more they dry out, the harder a time I have IDing them.

No, not a lot I would say. I have heard that they lose some as the psylocybin/psylocin degrades, but I would still dry them. You will most likely not notice a difference if you don't wait too long to eat them, and this is the best way I know to store them for more than a few hours. Don't expose them to any unnecessary light or heat, but I wouldn't freeze them either. Make sure they are totally dry, there are many good techniques on shroomery for this.
