Lets save the world!

How many of you out there believe that there is actually hope for the human race to become a peaceful and blissful species some day, living in peace and harmony with mother nature and the Earth, and in oneness with each other and all other living beings, at least until the sun goes out, or we collide with another galaxy?
Anyone?
If so, I ask for you to come forth with your most brilliant idea that you have kept to yourself, that is until this very moment in time. Come on, spit it out! What do you think needs to be done to create peace on this Earth, as well as create liberty, equality, and justice for all?!?

I'll start this off by playing the devil's advocate here and asking, does anyone perhaps feel that the New World Order might actually be the best thing for our planet and the continuation of the human race?
While I do think that their agenda is ultimately "evil," a word I rarely ever use unless I mean it, I sometimes think of its desired outcome as being comparable to the present United States. I mean America was founded by murdering all the natives and stealing their land, but I did not do this personally, NO ONE alive today actually participated in this event. But look at what it created for future generations, freedom, equality, the ability to follow and live out your dreams...etc.
While I do not support massive depopulation or extermination of the human race in any way shape or form, I seriously think that population control in some more advanced form should be implemented. Where perhaps a citizen is to "earn" the rights to bear children and add to the population of a nation by meeting certain prerequisites, or by serving a term in the peace corps (as there are no armies in the future I imagine.)
Anyone else with me on this?

As stated it's an impossibility. You are suggesting heaven could be created in an animal species and the laws of nature circumvented. You would have to state this much differently to get a yes out of me.

What utter nonsense. Freedom and equality in America? Never happened. This thread is bunk.

Before humans can learn from their mistake, they have to do them and smash their faces to the ground. This will be done by severely damaging our ecosystem. Then it will show if we will survive this and for what price, if at all. There are and had been more people than we believe who do not care for what you propose. And for me, I believe we already rolled the bowl over the top. 5 past 12, so nobody can stop this anymore. Dark times ahead. Enjoy the small communities of like-minded.

I still prevent myself not to make it worse (at least in my close surroundings), but evidence shows that we (will) loose huge masses in biodiversity and on the other hand the poles are melting, ha. Ice age will come again anyways. Our offspring will have to struggle with this. Earth will become a hell of a place. But just before this, there will be the (more) wars for the resources and such... Ah humanity is a mess, we had a good chance so far... I hope some will survive to tell the story

Not my offspring. I wasn't that foolish. And I hope none will survive to tell the story, due to my compassionate nature.

Not mine offspring either. Even I talked to my body-cells some days before and they told me to just kill myself if I don't get offspring soon, ha
So, if nobody's there to tell the story, the errors will be done over and over again...
edit: umpf, ya ok, 'error' is relative... but I'm not compassionate enough to let everyone experience bad stuff, even if it seems to be the only method as I recognize, sigh... oh dilemma

I don't think you need to worry about humans eventually going extinct. The only question is how long will it take?

What utter nonsense. Freedom and equality in America? Never happened. This thread is bunk.
Take a look at some of the third world nations of our planet, in fact, why don't you go there and make some comparisons?
We are a lot more free and equal in many ways in comparison even to India, for instance. Americans are free to travel throughout the world and it is very easy for us to get visas whereas many citizens of third world countries cannot. We can relocate and acquire dual citizenship in many different countries. We have strict laws in places supporting equality in the workplace...etc.
Come on, don't be so cynical. Or if you're going to be, why don't you back up your argument with some evidence or reasoning before you refute my ideas and say this thread is bunk.

I have to back up my statement that America isn't freedom and equality? Seriously?
And I have been to third world countries. Saying we are more free than some of them is not saying the same thing at all now is it? You make my case for me with that statement.
Btw can you freely take your shrooms at police headquarters. Is that freedom? Do you really think that justice is dispensed equally in our legal system?
Yeah it's bunk all right. Had you made a more realistic statement...
