dropped my print

Hi shroomerites im just starting with indoors Ive only done outdoor wood lover teks before (ps.subaeruginosa). I recently have made successful print to syringe to pf and some LC's from a Cambodian print acquired online, also got some grain going now too. So with my new skills i excitedly ordered a B+ print. So last night i go to scrape some B+ spores into my water jar and the whole print fell out of the bag into the jar i didn't know what to do at this point so i put lid on and put in fridge,is it screwed? Also there are some spores still in the baggy, the ones i dislodged with my loop before the print fell out. So my questions are, will the few spores or print it self still be viable? is print paper sterile? Would there be chemicals leeched from colored paper in the water? Are the few spores in the zip-lock baggie saveable? Thanks for any advice you can give me!! Im quite bummed as i read the B+ can handle low temps and its winter here now!

Get what you can onto agar, and clean with transfers.

OK thanks, any other options or is time a factor? as im not schooled up on Agar yet an will probably need supplies of some sort.
Also one of my first pf jars had some contaminant which i cut out and saved some myc chunks,i transferred them to some steamed grass stalk. I placed in hw closet which is separate from my other stuff and WOW the growth is fast and very rhizome this pic is 3 days from then. What should i do with this its not really sterile but no visible contaminants?

Get that myc into some grain and then make a GLC. Also grow a bit of that out on agar as well. Don't go inoculating everything with the GLC. Run a couple brf cakes to prove it.

that sux man i haven't had the vacuum effect yet , if you're low on spores try a honey LC (liquid culture). Its real easy and you will have myc growth in about 48 hours and that live myc speeds things up!

The paper itself is probably pretty clean, though thats not to say there are not a few contaminants on it. Prints themselfs are generaly considered not to be sterile and will carry a small amount of contaminants, since mushrooms are not grown in sterile conditions. This fact makes it impossible to make a completly sterile print.
The paper and bag will have been prepared so that the inside and the paper was sterilised so you spore water jar is probably ok. But you will have to dilute it right down as a heavily loaded spore syringe is not recommended. Too many spores means more chance for the few contams that would be on there fo getting in, and too many spores can reduce performance due to far too much ginetics.
Test it out on a few jars before doing a large batch. Say 4 jars.

shoot a few grain jars if you can. spores--->lc can work, but the issue is you WON"T know if the lc is contaminated untill you shoot a test jar. meaning, you could be wasting your time. if you shoot grain, and the grain jar colonizes and shows no contams, you now have an assured clean culture to work with. shoot some sterile water into the colonized jar, suck out what you can, and inocculate an lc with the clean, healthy myc.
just sayin'...

may save me some grief later on! Spotted these out of the kitchen window today ps.subaeruginosa . I took the biggest cap for a print before deciding on snapping a pic, about 20 pins all up.Later than other spots so far must only be moist enough now.

Thanks for the offer, i could only offer ps. subaeruginosa at this stage and im planning on printing different variants of it accompanied with pics of those variants before the season ends.
Check this out,i had some left over Cambodian LC i squirted into a bag of presteamed long-grain rice.i should of taken photo before crumbling and shaking the bag, mycelium going hard! i will update!!
Hard to see after breaking the myc up,should be a pretty picture in a few days though. I wonder if they have brown rice bags like these
