Contams aren't always black, most ive encountered are green. With the picture quality its hard to tell but it does look like a contam to me, it could also be bruising if it is a really blue, blue. To me though that doesn't look blue that looks like a full blown contamination.
I just reread and I'm 100% sure that is contam, you said that part wasn't colonized when you birthed it which is a real problem.

Yeah the picture is real blurry but that looks like mold to me, either that or an uncolonized portion of substrate. Can you get a clearer pic?

i think it is because its been pretty clean. and it shifts color, mold gets either killed by or takes over the myc. not go back and forth... right? Also some fruits already we taken off but not form that spot, would it be ok to consume? would i have to do a spore print?

Spore print would only help you identify the mushrooms which is obviously cubensis. It still very well could be bruising and not a good pic at all, but as long as there isn't some mold growth of some type on the mushroom (which I doubt there is) I would eat it.
Guy below me makes a good point, probably would be safer to make a tea.

i think its a big bruise, but it looks nasty, soggy, about to be a gross infection
but hopefully its just bruised from violent misting???
better pictures would really help sgf.
maybe after harvest, you let the sub dry out for a few days undisturbed, let the myc repair, and hopefully recover by the time you dunk for 2nd flush.

No. They are better wet anyways when you make tea.
