i'm just trying to let you know that it is not as legal as you think it is. It's legal to be possessed as a plant and nothing more. as soon as it's removed from the plant for any purpose other then re-planting, it is illegal, and any other mescaline cacti on that property will also be deemed illegal as a result.
note - its also important to know that the law's view of itent or mens rae has two types of tests it can apply.
it has the objective test - where the jury/judge can only perceive the issue from the perception of a fictitious " reasonable man ". its a legal construct that means, what would a common person of the same age and capabilities as the accused believe, being placed in this situation. they assess the reasonable standard of conduct for the situation, and then decide in the circumstances whether it was reasonable or not.
then theres the subjective test - which is more relevant to the actual person in the situation. but usually they join this with the objective test, because majority of people will just say " well i didn't intend that ".
the law can actually be twisted and turned alot. so much so that it comes down to a debate over legal definitions and concepts as opposed to the express acts that occur. so be careful.

alrighty well i hope so.
i only pressed on with the topic because you were not the greatest at demonstrating your said understanding, with comments such as " they can't get a search warrant for cacti cuttings. "
but anyway best of luck to you in your endeavours. try to stay out of trouble

haha thanks guys I guess I get a bit paranoid when I have other projects going on in my house, so I don't think it would be a big deal. But to be safe I'm gonna send half of it here and half of it to my brother's house
