They're some very lovely pilocereus azureus. Try to refrain from touching them, the oils in your hands will leave fingerprints. (no, they're not active)

Really beautiful cacti! They make a great natural fence to keep pesky squirrels and the like out of your garden.

I hope you don't mind some mild thread-jacking now that you've got your answer (my question is certainly not worthy of its own thread)
Back in 2005 (when I was actually active on these boards ) I received a pilocereus azureus as a gift from a friend. I've grown tons of cacti in the years before and after that, including many ft worth of T. pachanoi. The azureus hasn't grown an inch, in all this time! It still appears to be very much alive. It has been put in direct sunlight, mild sun/window light, repotted, different soil tried, left dry for ages, watered once in a while, different nutrients added, etc.
It's possible that it grew <1cm total, as the growth at the very top is lighter in color, but I think that was there initially.
-------------------- You're not like the others. You like the same things I do. Wax paper, boiled football leather... dog breath. We're not hitch-hiking anymore, we're riding!
