What tek should I use now?

Using the Shroomery forum as the basis for my first grow operation, I managed to get 20 cracker dry grams out of 11 (almost 1/2 pint) cakes, after the first flush. I'm on the second flush now, though 2 of my cakes got trich, and I assume that all of them are going to get it in the end.
However, I have inoculated another 15 1/4 pint jars a few days ago, and they are going very fast. And also meanwhile, I got my hands on a pressure cooker. (freecycle:) )
Even though Ive browser this forum so much, it seems like everything divides into PF tek and the rest. I've met term like casing, bulk, etc so many times, but since everybody around here knows what they mean, I couldn't find any basic explanations.
So, now with those 15 jars, what could I do? I understand that one way of increasing the yield is to crumble them and cover them with something either wet or nutritive. Could anyone instruct me to a good tek for something like this? Or what do you think I should do next to increase my yield?
Thanks a bunch guys!

Many have had great success via Damion5050's Coir Tek
Nice and simple

Is is this necesarry to be donw with a monotub? Cant I just add a tray in the fruiting chamber along with the cakes?
Also, I am right, or you dont need a pressure cooker for that?

Cakes are meant to be fruited as cakes but you can crumble them if you wish. It will just take a little longer because your myc will bruise badly and it will have to recover.

I do have a job, thanks. And I do have a pressure cooker, too. I got it for free though.
So, what do you guys say I should do with my 15 quarts? Just do PF Tek with all? Something usefull has to be done with the PC. I understand that the cakes are not recommended for coir tek, so should I do it or not?
Any other teks?

15 qts? Or 15 1/4 pints, there is a huge difference. 15 1/4 pinters isnt
much really, seems like a pretty big waste of time. But, yea, biggest
bang for your buck, get some Hpoo and vermiculite, pasteurize it, and
cheese grate your cakes into about 3x the amount of hpoo/verm as you have
cakes. Then you can put it into bread pans or whatever and when they are
done col. you can just put them in your SGFC. Just imo

The pf tek is great for being easy growing but it wont produce as much as it would if it was cased. I latley allways use the pf tek because of ease but I allways crumble up the cake and case them. Or u can throw 2 cakes in the bottom of a small tray and case them without breaking them up. The cakes wont bruise if u break them up and the extra week it takes to fruit is worth it cause the much larger yeild. Try it a couple different ways to see what works for u, I mean u got 15 jars and thats quite a bit to work with. Also verm is a great caseing material, I use it faithfully and love it. Its less pron to contam, and holds a shit load of water. I like to pour it into a bowl add enough water to make it moist then half inch of it at the bottom of tray, then add the sub and topp it off with half inch of wet verm. Ull be surprised how much one cake will produce when given the chance and proper conditions.
