Have you seen the stats concerning the amount of people dying from proscription drugs in the USA? I think its more than Crack, heroin, ice etc etc combined! Focken scary.

Prescription drugs are pretty much the same thing except for they are "clean"
A few of my mates are starting to take them a fair bit now:thumbdown:

Hi Fungus amongus, I didnt think there were many large ones there this morning. I didnt end up hanging around there for long and went to another spot I had seen on a map that I thought might not have seen so many other people. Thankfuly my research paid off with a spot nobody had been too.
The hill that had the bottle can be easily seen by the fire track and therefore authorities, have you ever bumped into anyone else there?
The trails seem well warn, Im sure there are a few people up there on the weekends, perhaps we should set up a coffee station and make some coin?
Thankfully its so wet that all the foot trafic should be swallowed up by plant growth at the end on the season.

I realize most fun prescription medicine's are derived from the same group of plants that illegals are, namely the coca plant, Poppies and Ephedra. My comment was really about the prevalence of prescription drugs and the negative impact they are having on society (dont get me wrong I dont want them banned or restricted) when all the 'war on drugs' bullshit is aimed at so called illegals. Government sanctioned drugs are generally 'cleaner' but they can also be heavily altered. Most alteration is aimed at reducing dependency but as can been seen with heroin it doesn't always work. Some alterations are made so different companies can patent there own versions of a similar drug and testing is never adequate and sometimes done on animals which is just barbaric! all for a buck. Grow your own and take responsibility for your actions, I just wish there wasn't a jail sentence for some of the things I'd like to grow so I dont have to pay for the privilege of feeling better when Im ill.
I actually had a girlfriend many years ago whos grandmother was addicted to codeine, I have seen its bad side be careful fokes.

Twice before I've seen other hunters there on weekends, everyone knows about that spot, I'm never really worried about authorities, I've never heard of anyone been busted while hunting. I still find more around there than my other spots though!

I guess I was lucky to stumble on that spot so early in my hunting. I have only been up there a couple of times but there always seems to be an abundance on pins, I guess there aren't many large subs because people are harvesting all the time.
I went for a walk up there early in the week on Monday thinking I wouldnt find anything after the weekend but sure enough in the bottom of the valley there were quite a few. Then Thursday I walked along the fire track and found a few pockets of 10-20 at a time. The main hillside was pretty bare though which is why I moved on to another spot I had been meaning to check out and hay presto, I virgin patch, untouched and just asking to be deflowered!
Might see you up there some time Fungus Amongus.

agreed guys. you know the whole notion of making natural substances illegal in our currently society seems a little, oh i dont know, unnatural? yet these giant drug companies get away with murder!! we are a very lost society that is for sure. i read a statistic that 23% of american kids are on adhd medications with 8-12% are given drugs that are also given to adults with high end schizophrenia. you know theres a reason why our educations systems, economy, religions are all failing us, its because they are no longer relevant.

p.s. went for a quick hunt this morn and got around 70 subs

Awsome my first real find.

Hi Guys, I am afraid I neglected to bring a camera on the trip today so I haven't got any pics of the habitat however was in a grassy area, near a little creek-stream with spots of bracken fern and occasion dropped branches of Gumtree and gumtree mulch. The only other one I have found and had ID'ed here as Psilocybe subaeruginosa . These were found a little further down the slope closer to the water. I Think they are what I want. I feel a little silly as I have spent 25-20hrs around this spot hunting, such a noob. Then after searching up and down the slope almost about to give up I went walking along the stream and jesus they were everywhere. I only picked a few as most were very young though my wife and I are really keen to try them. I know it is bad practice to pick pins and I guess some of these would be considered pins but was my first ever find was hoping for enough for my wife and I to get going with. On the brighter side I left 100's of small ones there and did my best not to disturb the beds.

I have already had these ID in a identification request, so now I just need some recommendation for dosage. I have had about 10 mushy about 15year ago and my wife has never tried. Do we have enough here to do the job or do we need to get more?

Assuming whats in those pics is everything, I would say split it in half and lemon tek it for the strongest results.

Can almost guarantee a level 3-4 trip for both of you on that dose.

Tea would be a little more mild.

eating them would still probably be good.

hope you and your wife enjoy, nice finds.

chop up your mushrooms into the smallest pieces possible when fresh, if dried powderize them.

Juice some fresh lemons into a glass

add mushrooms

let sit for 15-20 minutes

drink everything in the cup, including the chunks. You can strain them but with what you have there I would just drink everything.

Wash down with lift or lemonade and you wont even taste it.

do a search if you want to know more.

keep in mind that lemon tek with that amount fresh, or freshly dried could be fairly intense, but if thats what your after don't let me scare you off.

Lemon tek is usually the strongest experience, lasts about 2-4 hours (slightly less then eating) and produces an increase in visuals in alot of people.

tea is a little weaker and less visual (sometimes) then lemon tek, and eating is well eating them.

Generally for me 5 subs is mild and pleasant, 10 is a decent trip and anything above 20 subs is deep space. It also goes on where you found them, I definitely find some places have more potent subs then others, though there all fairly strong.

hope this helps.
have a good time

Does anyone have much trouble with authorities? Thinking of taking the dog up for a walk or something, just to be on the safe side haha.

Going to have to try the lemon tec, sounds interesting. Thinking of looking into a extraction, make it a bit cleaner, but if it ends up being to much effort then screw that lol

edit the name of the forest in your post please jon, or you might have some trouble there in the future. No spot dropping.

and no
The dog is not needed, just bring a camera and some lunch in a back pack, put the paper bag in your pocket and go for a hike. You'll be fine.

It's not worth the trip IMO, been up there several times while everywhere else is going off and seen nothing. I think its been plundered clean.
