You've clearly never tried producing music.
It takes years of learning just how to synthesise a sound then theres rythum, mastering techniques, learning how to use a DAW. It took me about 5 years just to learn how to use all the soft / hardware. I have spent years on synthesis alone.
You complete underate the knowledge and skill required to make electronic music and that offends my art form.
If you can do better - then be my guest and prove your statement to be true. Post your track here when you've done better than everyone else.
I think you're right tho - you should stay away from the debate cuz you clearly have no idea what your talking about

Forget all this dubstep nonsense. Just like with any type of music there are shitty (bands? djs? producers? w.e you call the person who makes the tracks) and good ones. For the most part people will disagree on which are which.

Lets focus on the important part of the episode - the ending.

I most defiantly have it what was up with the ending though are stand parents gonna get divorced for reals
It's the mid-season finale. I suspect they'll tie up some loose ends when it starts up again. However, I get an eerie feeling from this episode: The talk about growing up and moving on...I can't help but wonder if Matt & Trey are thinking of calling it quits.
South Park has at least seven eps left, I don't know if they are under contract for another season after this?
It would really suck if this was the last season, but I think what they are trying to say is it would suck even more if they ran out of ideas and just started pumping out shit, degrading the series as a whole... Kind of what has been happening with the Simpsons

actually, i have
but we were using an eight track cassette recorder, you know, analog

it takes years to learn a new skill, well i never...

dubstep is offended?
there's good electronic music out there, but too many amateurs make a lot of the same poor quality tracks

this is why i stayed out of it, all the dubstep fans think anyone who criticizes it knows nothing about music or just doesn't get it
there's nothing special about dubstep, it's just another progression of electronic music

Your the one who said "I hate dubstep after listen to a FEW tracks"

I spoke to a few eskimo's once, now i hate them all
And
"its lazy"
Yeah 10 years of hard work to understand producing is very lazy
Just don't be so ignorant dude - sorry but electronic music is my passion! I must defend it from ignorance

those few tracks aren't the only ones i've heard, but they were the ones you and the other fans gave as examples of good dubstep, and they sucked
MUSIC is my passion, and i try to stop people from calling bad music good

I didn't give any examples of good dubstep ?
I made a statement about labeling and judging music as being misguided I don't care what box you wanna put stuff in - thats just ignorance - I'm open minded to ALL music as I stated already.
Bad / good = subjective
How can you label an entire genre like that? Its absurd. I don't even care for labelling or being judgemental about anything in life.
Your arguement is basically this "the stuff I like is good" its like "my shit doesn't stink your does"

i've heard some tracks i liked, but most of it is pretty boring
i only said "i hate dubstep" to pick a side
i'm a musician, i analyze music, not jump to conclusions based on some prejudice
of course there are talented people out there making good electronic music, but i like to have a little substance, not background noise for parties

I never understood why the dubstep crowd gets so immensely butthurt when people say things like "dubstep is garbage". Who cares? Newsflash: Not everyone has the same taste in music. Why do you want people to like it so much, anyway? Isn't it good enough that you like it?
On a personal note, dubstep is garbage akin to two obese robots having furious sex in to a microphone.

Dubstep crowd? Not people? Fluid human beings that evolve, alter and grow?
What I don't get is why people have to stick everything in a box in their head and label it as good or bad.
As demonstrated by Dynomite; its not just the "dubstep crowd" who are annoyed by other forms of music. We should just be open to accepting. You don't need labels, judgements or boxes. Just enjoy the music you enjoy. Its not a fashion accessory. Its not good or bad. Its not a genre.
Just another art form for you to choose to explore or not and derive emotion from or not.
Do you judge a whole race of people based on the way a few of them appear to be and then assume they are all the same and incapable of change? Its rediculous.

Not to me or anyone I know who produces
Its an evolving art form. Early mainstream dubstep was characterised by wobbles. Before that it was its reggae influences. Now its more just the tempo as it as expanded.
It will continue to evolve into something else as all music or art does.

I swear by South Park but ripping the piss out of dub step and its followers is nothing new, ever since it first raised its ugly mis matched beats and its crusty unwashed followers first appeared on the Euro Rave scene we have abused them.
Still love South Park tho

been a raver my whole life, then a few years back these crusty unwashed children started turning up in little rooms at our raves with music that sounded like people banging pots and pans together like a paupers version of "Stomp" and to top it off they all have a superiority complex telling us all we do not understand electronic musci cos we are not into their shit.
When real ravers think your music is just noise you have even chased away the converted choir

I have never listened to any dubstep I've liked. I've literally clicked so many fucking videos on Shroomery titled "You'll like this one!" or "If you didn't like that shit, you'll love this shit." "Give this one a try!" It's cool though. I've accepted the fact that dubstep is not tuned with my ears. I respect it for what it is but what it is to me is robot sexseizures for six minutes. Dubstep fans get butthurt but so does everyone when someones knocks what they like.
Just , people and learn the art of not giving a fuck.
