yep what maynard said. Almost looks like cincts but just a little bit lighter and a lighter colored stem. Not as meaty.

Looks like about 3 letters if I am right
Not active on the west coast...
Mushrooms in plastic bags end up going to goo, more because they are made of a lot of water (90%+), and in the bag, that moisture builds up and ends up deteriorating the mushroom... Goo

Most of the books that I have list them under panaeolus , If its cool with everyone here I will continue calling them that.
