Coir bulk substrate, questions about humidity

I've been colonizing 5 beautiful verm/BRF patties using the simple pf tek method. So far so good, about 90% colonized no contaminates. I realized after endless studying of different methods and grow logs that my yield isn't going to be quite what I expected. Possibly getting ahead of myself but what the fuck, Ive done the research. Moving on to bulk seems like the next logical step after a few more grows. I like Doc's Wild Bird Seed Tek, the method Ive decided to use for this future grow, and as a newcomer I'm going to keep it simple with the coir/verm substrate, my only question is once put into fruiting, do i just simply introduce FAE and mist periodically? If so how periodically?(i would expect when my experiment looks to be drying, but not dry. But i don't know for sure) Should I use a humidifier? Is perilite an option? Could I solve all of these problems by simply putting them in a self humidifying/air exchange environment using something like Cyber's Martha Tek? Please, if your going to be a dick don't even respond. Nobody starts off an expert, otherwise the word wouldn't even exist.

i went like this.
colonized some pint BRF cakes (never got to fruit cuz of incorrect chamber)
colonized some rye (got to fruit barely in an incorrect fruiting chamber)
then i did BRF cakes correctly in a SGFC
then i did rye > coir correctly in a SGFC
now i do monotubs.
monotubs arent as easy as you're thinkin.
start off with a SGFC in my opinon.

I just recently switched to monotubs from SGFC and greenhouse grows, and I think it's THE BEST bulk tek I've tried so far.. I'm lovin it..
..but as far as cakes go.. the shotgun FC is the way to go..

You're probably correct, but i dont expect it to be easy. Also if i stay optimally sterile and follow the tek, after a few grows, I would imagine some sort of success. Thanks for the replies though, I will definitely give the SGFC a shot for my first grow. I'm thinking one with perilite and one using a cool mist humidifier(to consider the difference). I need to study more on the cleanliness factor of it, what do I do about standing water at the bottom of my FC?

SGFC has no standing water

I did BRF/VERM PF tek and did well. I then went to mini mono and mono and have had mixed results:
1 Mini Mono did fair (very small fruits = 12g dry so far) rye to 50/50 coir/verm 1 Mini mono contam'd 1 Mini mono now going from colonization to fruiting - no pins on day 2 1 Mono tub now going from colonization to fruiting - no pins day 2
I have learned through failure to think of mono's as PF teks in terms of GE (holes in cover during colonization - never open jar and never peek at a mono tub). Also in terms of FAE (put in SGFC to obtain FAE) and light. Also - my spawn ratios were too low and I might have fruited to early. With PF Tek you can see colonization through the glass. With mono's you cover the glass and can't see.
