Do U Cook The Brown-Rice Before grinding and so on ......

my cats ass usually just gets the lite browns out of the box and grinds em. then pf tek to make verm/brf jars.

No, you'll be doing all of the sterilization in the pressure cooker so it won't really gain you anything to cook them once before.

Nope, not before. (I grind too) If you cooked them before it would in essence change the water content in the jars because the rice will have absorbed water.

But after boiling the jars it seems to get cooked anyways, so I'm not sure if it really makes a difference.
