Yes micropore provides gas exchange. Some will say not enough but I have seen it work just fine. Also, yes you want to cover that hole. I prefer tyvek though.
Shrooms are also not supposed to fruit in vitro when they are in a dark, warm environment with no fae......but they still do sometimes. You'll be fine man.

micropore tape allows gas exchange, but with a huge hole in it, it ain't protecting anything. You can take the tape off, you don't NEED it. Or you can leave it, or you can replace it.

Id say put tape over it again if its grain, but for PF tek you dont even need micropore tape. The verm barrier is your shield. You should be fine just poking through and leaving it. (or never using it at all)

some people say that 1/2 pint is better, I don't think the size matters personally

its just easer for the mycelium to cover a 1/2 jar then it is to cover a full jar

so for the sake of getting some cool picture from the big ones no reason to leave or cut them?
if one is totally full and redy for dunk and roll and another is taking some time to catch up is it a problem if i wait for the last one to finish up and getting a good hold on the substrate and to be ready for the dunk and roll nothing bad will happen to the others that now have to wait?

You'll be fine waiting for them all to fully colonize

1/2 pints are only better for colonization. For fruiting, bigger is always better.

Seems like it takes about a month using brf/verm. If you use bird seed quite a bit shorter since you can disperse the colonized spawn.

I think they look fine! I wouldn't be worried about the more cottony areas. Looks too white to be cobweb mold and if it was cobweb mold it would overrun the whole jar in just a couple of days. I found that was happening to the myc in my jars in the spots that had a particularly high amount of moisture there. Could possible fix this with improving you GE. If you have 4 small inoculation holes and a dry verm layer I would leave the holes completely open and watch that myc take off. Also, I'm pretty sure that your jars are not full pints. They look like half pint regular mouth. Not half pint wide. Either way, when you use these taller jars like I mistakenly just did on my first grow, you're gonna notice a slow down in growth as the myc reaches the bottom. It's almost as if there is too much pressure and weight pushing down on the sub at the bottom and the myc can't make that turn inward. Jars will be at like 90% colonization at this point. FLIP EM! I even gave a slight tap on my palm upside down until I saw a tiny gap of space between the bottom glass and the sub. They started tearing through the bottom at that point. Good luck and good vibes on your grow!

don't flip them too early just for shits and giggles. Only do that if you have to, and wait until they are AT LEAST 75% or more. Ideally, you don't flip them. Yeah, about a month, to colonize a pint, at room temperature

i have a syringe of cyanescens but as you can see i'm still in the pf tek phase how long till the syringe goes bad also can anyone recommend an "easier" way to cultivate cyanescens while living in an apartment and being short on cash i just don't want to waste it or if i can make it into a new set of syringes
edit: spent some time looking about cyanescens and was watching my "lets grow mushrooms legal copy" and so i guess ill do the manure way RR did and i was wondering though can i throw a lid on the pasteurized jars of poo and squirt the syringe in there (doing all this before hand so it has time to colonize the whole jar) so like 1/10 jars is completly colonized then break it up and mix all 10 together and colonize would that work? i have tons of ideas flowing out of me but i don't have unlimited money and only have one syringe right now and i had the day off my sister and mom are nurses so i can get pretty much any medical syringe i want
i just don't have a pressure cooker i have a big canning pot :/

No. A pin or growth of some sort. No big deal. Let them consolidate still, dont rush it, and when you dunk it, just pick it off. Or leave it if you want.
You pan cyan questions require to much typing. You should read more and wait on it. It can be done without a PC, search pan cyans without pc. Basically a PF cake with poo added. And the syringe should last at least 6 months, probably for years though, so no rush.
