Ive only been with this girl for 3 months but I broke up with her today. I really didnt want to because I love her so much and she is so amazing but I felt I had no choice.
She was in an abusive relationship, she split from him around a month or so before we got together. It appears she is still not over it. He called her today and told her he wants his family back (she has a kid with him). She told me she didnt know what to do.
I read this far.
You did the right thing for sure.
Yep.

I can't remember what i wrote in this thread, and I'm a lazy, stoned bastard so I'm just gonna type this (possibly again).
I had an ex that I dated for something like 10 months to a year. I loved her, and thought I was going to marry her. All it took was her to say "I talked to my ex boyfriend again. I thought about going back to him" and I was gone. She THOUGHT about it and I left. I assure you doing the same thing will be a correct move.
Even if you stayed and got married and lived happily ever after, I'd rather be safe than sorry. I'd rather end it and find someone else than stick around and hope it all works out. Hope doesn't solve anything but make you feel better about the unsure future.
